Title: Founder, Infant Sleep Consultant and Family's Care Counseling
Lives In: Coto de Caza, CA
About Me: I am a wife to one and mom to four and I started a sleep consulting and family care counseling business four years ago and it has become my fifth child.:) I am passionate about helping families and new parents settle into parenthood at a pace that works for them so they feel confident about what they are doing. I love people and working with them on daily basis is very life giving to me. I have a heart for families that have lost babies or children, I have a tremendous amount of compassion for people who have struggled with infertility and although I love getting babies sleeping through the night, I care more about how the mom is doing and how the family is functioning through both joy and loss. I am so thankful for the family I have been entrusted with and feel so lucky to have a job doing something I really love.

Personal passions, charities or hobbies you love?: Forever Footprints and String of Pearls are two organizations I love and believe so much in.
Safe Families- although we are not a place in life to host for the time being, I think it is an incredible place and misitry for families and children.
I love humor. Anyone who can laugh at themselves is my favorite. And I am not sure how people get through parenting without it.
Why do you want to be a part of heymama?: I love women support women- sounds cliche but my favorite part of working is meeting other moms working their tail off and being passionate about their gifts.
What are your brand goals for this year?: Hiring someone to help me build it up to the next level. Want Sleep Shop to be able to help all types family, all over the world.
Words you live by/quotes you love?: It's more important to try and be kind than try and be perfect.

Wine. Know there is plenty of meme's on moms need for wine, so basically all of those.
What is the best advice you’ve ever been given?: I honestly don't know. At different times of life certain things have just stuck with me. I think something I have never forgotten is "God does not waste pain" and to me that means no matter how painful things can be sometimes, I always believe God will prepare you to help someone through something similar, the pain makes us more empathetic and have more compassion. And I truly believe that.
Name one thing that scares the shit out of you?: Loosing one of my kids. Nothing in all the world terrifies me as much. Even writing that gives me a pit in my stomach.
What is something that people would be surprised to know about you?: I am so disorganized. I get paid to help people organize their kids schedule and family routine and I actually pay someone to come to my house and organize my bathroom counter and pantry. I am a mess!
What part of your business do you feel needs the most focus // support // love right now?: Social media and marketing. I have been all referral based but want to branch out and need help with that.
If you could tell your 20-year-old self one thing, what would it be? : My vain self - "you are not fat. You will be so much fatter one day. So rock it"
But in all seriousness I would tell myself to trust. Trust God, trust the process, trust that all things have a way of working themselves out and believe that they will.
