About Me: I am a new mama trying to figure out the balance between work, motherhood and breastfeeding! The struggle is real! Other than being obsessed with my new baby girl, on the personal side I spend most of my "free" time on either fitness or food. I am an avid Tracy Anderson member but really any dance cardio class is right up my alley - especially hip hop. My husband and I are also huge foodies, we have a restaurant spreadsheet to track our favorite places and wishlist of where to go next! On the business side I am an operating executive with unique experience including investment banking, financial modeling and forecasting, business development and strategy and direct start-up experience. I started my career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and The Raine Group working with clients across the media, entertainment and sports space on strategic advisory, M&A, capital fundraising opportunities and growth / venture equity investments. Following my finance years, I served as the GM Marketplace for OpenSky (a portfolio company of The Raine Group), overseeing merchandising, business development, reporting and analytics as well as working closely with PR, marketing and product development teams. After OpenSky, I served as the COO at Tracy Anderson Method running all company operations across both studio and media businesses, as well as leading a capital raise. Since leaving the operating world I have successfully worked with several clients across the retail and media landscape.

Why do you want to be a part of heymama?: Over the last year since learning about heymama, I have looked up to this community as a group of talented, driven mamas. Now that I am a mama myself, I find myself craving this kind of community in my business life. Socially, I have friends who are mamas, I'm a member of HRP Mamas, and I am meeting mamas in my building --- those are all great relationships but I view heymama as something deeper - a connection to a group of women that are driven by similar motivations, who want to collaborate and really come together to push each other to be the best version of themselves personally and professionally.
What are your brand goals for this year?: The goals for my business this year are to continue to meet inspiring creative founders and help them develop their business plans and accelerate their growth.
Words you live by/quotes you love: Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose
Best advice you’ve ever been given?: Never go to bed angry - someone gave me that advice for marriage but I use it for every day life. It is so healthy and refreshing to wake up with a clear head!
