About me :When Lila was born in 2012, I began searching for children's clothing that was comfortable and fashionable. In the south, there is so much traditional smocked clothing- and though I love sweet little dresses, I also wanted some different options for her. So,armed with a list of my favorite brands, I quit my nonprofit grant-writing job and opened Progeny in March 2014 (brick and mortar in Raleigh and also online). Over the pastyear, I launched an interiors arm, which offers an array of design services, including e-design, for busy parents looking for ways to create vibrant and inspiring spaces for theirchildren - nurseries, bedrooms, playrooms, family rooms, and more. The Progeny brandis really growing - and I couldn’t be more excited to see how it evolves.
