About Me: I'm an pre & postnatal pilates instructor from the beaches of Sydney and have been loving & living in New York for 8 years now. I live in Williamsburg with my husband and two small children. Working first in the frenetic world of fashion and PR in Sydney and London, it wasn’t until I moved to New York in 2009 that I turned my passion for Pilates into a career.
I received her certification at Pilates Academy International - training with the co-founders at their flagship studio on 5th Ave. Soon after, while instructing at Erika Bloom Studios on the Upper East Side of New York and in the Hamptons, I discovered my true calling lay in pre & postnatal Pilates, and quickly made that my focus of discovery and education - working with women throughout their pregnancy and rehabbing them upon their return to fitness and strength. I created BodyLove Pilates during my pregnancy and postnatal recovery of my second baby Henry in the hope that I could bring tailored workouts and trusted education to support mamas and mamas-to-be worldwide. www.bodylove-pilates.com
